USPS Vape Mail Ban Update 

USPS has officially announced their service suspension of vape mail fulfillment on October 21st, 2021.

Our Advice

All in all, this means increased shipping costs and increased shipping times. To help combat this, we would recommend without hesitation that consumers review their vapor purchasing habits and 'optimize' it. In other words, order less frequently, but with more items. If you normally ordered once a week, it might be best to try every other week, three weeks, or once a month. This will help cut down on the having to deal with the increased shipping fees seen at checkout. 

Tracking Your Order

Price Point NY is working with third party standard regional couriers to get all orders processed, but this comes with changes to our previous shipping schema.

Orders processed will still have tracking information available which you will receive as normal via email. To view all previous orders and tracking numbers, you may find it in your customer account page.

Shipping Options

Order processing remains the same as always, with all orders placed Monday thru Friday prior to 3:00 PM EST being dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

The below shipping threshold does not take into consideration any taxes. They are only taking order subtotals into consideration.

Adult Signature Required 

Due to PACT Act regulations, all orders must be shipped out adult signature required. An ID will be required upon delivery. Any adult at the delivery address who is 21 years of age or older may sign for the order.

Reshipping

Re-shipping orders is at the Price Point NY's sole discretion. All re-shipped orders must be sent to the original shipping address given.

If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, then Price Point NY reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed.

If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect information given at checkout, either a refund (minus shipping expenses) or reshipment (with potential charge for reshipment) will be offered.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper information is provided prior to checkout. If details are noticed to be incorrect, please contact us at info@pricepointny.com to notify us or reach out to us at (631) 396-0999 within a reasonable timeframe to correct errors. If a package is processed for shipping with incorrect information, correction capabilities are limited.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If you are shipping to California or Idaho, then your billing and shipping address must match in your state.
