I don't even know where to begin. My normal juice was out of stock so I purchased the suggested replacement juice. Upon using this alternative juice, I'm watching it burn up my brand new juul pods, so I called customer service. I spoke to one of their reps who was more than empathetic to my situation, and worked to make this right for me. We both realized that this was neither my fault nor Price Point's fault, but rather it was simply a bad batch of juice, and he made certain to make this right for me. You have understand. This is a shock to my system. I'm not use to this level of integrity coming out of businesses any more. Price Point, you have made a loyal customer in me. Thank you so much.
