Wouldn't light up, release any vapors or anything like it was dead. Tried charging it with 2 different chargers. Still wouldn't work. I emailed their customer service email on Saturday night. Monday morning I had a email that they were sending me a replacement and I didn't have to mess with sending the broken one back! I definitely recommend this flavor (it's the BEST) and this company! You will be satisfied too with their great customer service, great prices, and fast shipping!
