There super helpful and now the product!! I can most likely guarantee they can fix any of ur problems.. THNAKS EVERYONE AT P.POINT) Unfortunately the Smok nord 50w pod pack I got, has me upset, they say it won’t fit the smoke nord..it’s been over 2 weeks.. The item itself is a great product these coils give a strong hit without having to **** for too long .It's the perfect coil to go along with my 50 mg tobacco flavor, however this online store is the best I have ever used. After five purchases with no issues at all,. I did get the wrong size coil sent to me on accident, which happens whenever you shop online once in awhile. what I am so pleased with is the way that the store handled this ,and fixed the problem. Once I called and explained the mix up they shipped out the correct coils so fast without asking me to send back their product .they shipped me the correct ones expedited mail and put a shipping envelope inside the package for me to return the mix-up coils. this is unheard of with online platforms they typically want their product returned and once they receive it they send you the correct ones.I will continue using this store for as long as I continue vaping! Trust is a huge thing when shopping online . price point NY can be trusted !
